We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
