We have a wonderful opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law Firm in Sutton office and be a valued part of this friendly, professional and dynamic firm that has over 100 staff across 9 offices.

You will join their excellent team of support staff that play a crucial role in the success of their business. Working in their Sutton office you will enjoy being part of a local branch team and also be an essential part of the whole firm's support staff.

Requirements:

It is expected that candidates will have previous experience supporting lawyers in a Private Client team. Excellent IT, typing and communication skills are essential. The role is a full time and you will work from our office in Sutton rather than remotely.

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role (Private Client)
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases is a plus
- Associate degree or certification in legal studies is preferred
