Top legal firm are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department on a permanent basis. This role offers a hybrid working model, with their main office based in Central London. Key duties to include:
- Composing Wills and binding deeds.
- Supporting fee earners with compliance and file opening.
- Managing key documents and departmental diaries.
- Completing digital dictation with copy typing.
- Corresponding with clients.
- Undertaking generalised administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3-4 years Private Client Secretarial experience.
- Punctual and attentive to detail.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Confident dealing with clients and third parties.
- Able to work under pressure and apply initiative.
