Legal Secretary (Private Client)

Top legal firm are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department on a permanent basis. This role offers a hybrid working model, with their main office based in Central London. Key duties to include:

• Composing Wills and binding deeds.
• Supporting fee earners with compliance and file opening.
• Managing key documents and departmental diaries.
• Completing digital dictation with copy typing.
• Corresponding with clients.
• Undertaking generalised administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3-4 years Private Client Secretarial experience.
• Punctual and attentive to detail.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
• Confident dealing with clients and third parties.
• Able to work under pressure and apply initiative.
