Your experience working in the Private Client department of a London law firm, is very highly sought after by our client. Who are a leading law firm providing specialist legal services to private and commercial clients.
As a key member of the Private Client team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solicitors, accountants, and other fee earners. Your responsibilities will include client liaison, audio/copy typing, document management, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate must thrive in a demanding environment, demonstrate exceptional client service, and possess experience in Private Client work within a London law firm.
They are looking for more than just typists; they seek well-organised individuals with excellent telephone etiquette, discretion in handling confidential information, and a professional demeanor.
Key Skills:
- Passion for exceptional client service.
- Adaptable and thinks laterally.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Experience with SOS Connect, Winscribe, BigHand, Nuance/Kofax, and iManage is advantageous, but not essential.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (65 words per minute).
