Key Responsibilities:
📚 Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
📞 Communication: Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
🗓️ Calendar Management: Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and court appearances.
💼 Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, and organizing files to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
📑 Legal Research: Assist attorneys with legal research tasks, gathering relevant information to support case preparation.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
💼 Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
