Our client is seeking a corporate secretary to support the day to day operations within the legal department. It will involve general administrative duties in addition to supporting the legal department with confidential client documents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General administrative duties including filing, drafting documents and answering phones on occasion.
- Supporting senior staff with their day to day workload.
- Diary management and scheduling of appointments and preparation of material.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure workload is displaced equally and supporting team ethos within the office environment.
Key Skills:
- Previous administration experience within corporate environment.
- Highly professional, diligent and contentious individual who can prioritise workload effectively
- Friendly, approachable and supportive personality and a team player.
