We are working with one of the UK's leading managing agents who are seeking a Lettings Accounts Assistant to join their team based in the West End.

The successful candidate will be dealing with tenant credit control, client accounting and management accounts. Along with handling client and tenant queries

Responsibilities:

• Prepare banking Spreadsheet and banking receipts.

• Post tenant and landlord receipts.

• Chase client fees arrears.

• Process credit/debit card payments.

• Resolve client, tenant and office queries.

• Post supplier invoices.

• Various administration tasks.

• Ad hoc duties as required.

Personal attributes:

• Ability to resolve client queries professionally and politely.

• Good communication skills, both written and oral.

• Have an eye for detail and can work on own initiative.

• Ability to work as a team and bond with other staff members.

• Good Excel skills to basic level.
