Our client based in Waterloo is looking for a highly effective, driven and experienced individual to work alongside their busy Lettings team. The role itself comprises the below:
Role Responsibilities
Support the lettings and property management team with day-to-day administration
Conduct pre-tenancy referencing
Be responsible for anti-money-laundering checks
Conduct right to rent checks
Drafting of the assured shorthold tenancy agreement
Take minutes during meetings
Manage KPI dashboard
Collate and distribute reports as prescribed by the Group and/or Clients
Manage the post, incoming, and outgoing parcels
Manage office supplies
Weekly reporting to key stakeholders in a pre-agreed format
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess most if not all of these skills/attributes:
Team Player
Passionate about Client Service
Strong English (Verbal and Written)
Strong Organisation Skills
Gets Enthused by Meeting Deadlines and KPIs
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Minimum 2 years Admin Experience
Benefits
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 (experience dependant)
Pension: Company Pension Scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 –18:00 (one day working from home)
Holiday: 20 Days, plus bank holidays and birthdays are gifted
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Location: SE1 0UR (HQ)
