We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Eastleigh. This is a busy role working in a small team that works on a hybrid basis so 2 days in the office 3 days from home. You will be providing Admin support to a team of Property managers and Lettings advisors and will support them in providing excellent Customer Service. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.

The Lettings Administrator role

Working in a small team you will be providing support to the Property Managers and Lettings Agents, this will include all aspects of Lettings Administration including both admin and customer service. You will be liaising with customers over the phone and via email, Processing payments and assisting with referencing. Although this is initially a 12 months FTC there are always permanent opportunities within the company that you are welcome to apply for.

The ideal candidate for the Lettings Administrator role

You will ideally have previous Lettings experience but someone who has worked in a busy office providing administration support within a customer facing environment would also be considered. You will need to be comfortable working in a small team and with the flexibility to cope with changes to tasks at short notice. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. It is vital that you are able to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
