Your role is instrumental in minimizing voids, enabling the teams to deliver excellent customer service. Your commitment to efficiency contributes to achieving our goals in providing a seamless experience for our customers.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Lettings team in administering letting and property management tasks.
- Assist the Property Management Officer in delivering excellent customer service.
- Perform administrative duties, including mail merges, mail-outs, scanning, filing, and generating system letters.
- Administer customer surveys, including the Customer Engagement Survey, STAR Survey, and Tenant Yes/No Survey.
- Support property lettings by providing viewing sheets, assisting with referencing, and preparing sign-up packs.
- Update and scan documents, archive files after sign-up, and manage end-of-tenancy correspondence and deposit paperwork.
- Administer marketing for lettings properties, update window cards, schedule viewings, and coordinate with the Customer Service Centre.
- Manage appointments, organize the diary, coordinate access for contractors, and send parking permits to tenants.
- Attend shows and events, including daytime, evening, and weekend commitments as required.
- Provide consistent office coverage within the Home Ownership team and perform other duties as assigned by the department management team.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation, such as the Consumer Credit Act, Estate Agents Act, Data Protection, Money Laundering, and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, and apply this knowledge to the Group's work.
