Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours.
Pay: £23,000 per year.
Duration: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to join the organisation immediately.
As a Lettings administrator you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team with all round administration tasks:
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
Supporting a specialist team with all round administrative tasks. You ll be handling surveys, documents, processing data and marketing. Within this role, you will be expected to prove excellent customer support and a high standard of administration.
Key duties include:

• To support a team with all round administrative tasks.
• To manage a busy internal inbox and emails with professionalism.
• Updating and scanning all documentation necessary.
• Liaising with other specialist teams to resolve customer queries.
• Oversee team marketing and advertisement.
• Oversee the teams diaries and scheduling appointments.
• Attend events and represent the brand.
• Provide a high standard of customer service regarding queries and discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments throughout the company and third parties.
• Updating customer accounts.

The ideal Administrator will have/be:

• Experience of providing administrative support in a busy setting.
• Previous experience within Lettings / Property is essential for this role.
• Evidence of strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrates competence in Microsoft packages.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties.
• Great attention to detail.
• A team player that can prioritise workloads and adapt between tasks.
