We are seeking a dedicated Lettings Administrator to join our client in Bramcote, NG9. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of their lettings processes, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Verify all lettings paperwork complies with the latest legislation, ensuring legal adherence.
- Check referencing reports to ensure all tenant information is accurate and complete.
- Send out tenancy agreements, facilitating smooth communication between tenants and landlords.
- Obtain and maintain all necessary safety certificates and licensing, ensuring properties meet all regulatory requirements.
- Book inventories and organise key collection/right to rent processes.
- Accurately update and maintain the company database system.
- Set up management contracts and tenancy agreements for seamless onboarding of tenants and property owners.
- Handle various administrative tasks essential for the efficient operation of property management activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration, preferably within the lettings industry.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with contractors and internal stakeholders.
