Temporary Administrator
Colwick, Nottingham
£12 per hour
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Start Date: 17th June
Our well-established Client are looking for an efficient Office Administrator to support the team over their busy Summer period. This is a temporary role between June and the end of August, with the potential for an extension.
Duties include:
- General office admin tasks to support the wider business
- Responding to emails
- Handling incoming phone calls professionally and directing queries to the appropriate person
- Providing accurate information to callers and taking messages as required
- Liaising with technicians and customers
- Preparing and processing invoices using SAGE (no prior experience needed)
- Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Regularly updating and maintaining various spreadsheets
- Ensuring data accuracy in all records
Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Prior office experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word and Excel
- Reliable team player

- The role is fully office based in Colwick
- There is free parking on site and the location is on public transport routes
- There is potential for the contract to be extended depending on performance and business demands
