Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm plus 1 in 2 Saturdays.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a thriving property company based in North Leeds. You will be responsible for all residential lettings administration and supporting the branch with all operations as and when required.
You must be a good communicator who is able to handle confidential information. A confident and friendly manner whilst remaining sensitive to client's situations is essential.
Lettings Administrator duties:
* Managing the referencing process from the let agreed stage to the signing of contracts
* Making initial judgement calls on all applicants based on our eligibility criteria
* Ensuring all new applications are dealt with rapidly
* Monitoring applications and identifying any potential issues at the earliest opportunity
* Preparation of documentation including tenancy agreements
* Liaising and updating colleagues within the Property Management team
Skills & Experience Required
Should you not have any experience within Property, a strong background working in a fast paced Customer Service/Administration role will be considered.
