My client is a growing business looking for a candidate to grow within the role, and happy to consider candidates with an administration background from any sector.
Pay: £10.50 - £11.00
Location: LS6
Hours of work: 9-5:30
3-4 months temporary assignment with a possibility to go permeant
Duties and responsibilities:
- Booking and organising viewings
- Organsie the office diary
- Responding to email and phone communication
- Deal with enquiries from tenants, contractors, utility providers, local authorities,
- Communicating with tenants before and during their tenancies
- Setting up the tenant application process and gathering all the relevant documentation required
- General Administration
