Location: Beeston, Leeds
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Role Overview:
As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our lettings department. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing tenancy applications and agreements.
Organising property viewings and providing feedback to landlords.
Keeping applicants up to date on the status of their applications.
Requesting and verifying tenant references.
Preparing move-in files and coordinating key handovers.
Uploading property details to relevant websites and marketing the properties accordingly.
Assisting with property inspections and maintenance coordination if needed.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the lettings industry is highly desirable.
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings sector (desirable but not essential).
