Due to expansion of a successful, highly regarded Estate Agents, we are looking to recruit a Lettings Co-Ordinator on their behalf to provide administrative support to both the Abingdon and Didcot lettings teams, and to help the branches achieve their targets.
This role could be based out of the Abingdon or Didcot office (To be decided at interview) but you would need to be able to spend time in the other office each week. (Travel expenses covered)
The right candidate would be an experienced Administrator, ideally, with 2 years previous experience in An Estate Agency, Lettings or similar sales environment and strong customer service skills. The right candidate will help to drive the business to the next level. Full 1-2-1 training and support will be given by an experienced letting professional. Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage and a full clean driving licence is essential.
The role is Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5.30pm and occasional Saturdays with time off in lieu.
Letting Co-Ordinator duties to include: (but not exhaustive)
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Arrange for listing information to be obtained and upload to relevant sites.
- Process applications, tenancy renewals, negotiations, and all associated paperwork
- Register deposits, set up and close utilities and any related enquiries.
- Be responsible for all aspects of property inspections.
- Keep property records up to date and take responsibility for co-ordination of all key collection appointments.
