Lettings Manager

We are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and market-leading independent estate agency renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation. With a strong foothold in property sales, they are now expanding their services to include a dedicated lettings division! This exciting venture presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to spearhead the launch, growth and day-to-day operations of this new division.

£25,000 per annum, OTE £30,000 - £40,000 + DOE

Lichfield

Permanent, full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the successful launch of the lettings division.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings division, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
• Implement efficient processes for property management, tenant relations and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and industry partners.
• Recruit, train and manage a high-performing team of letting professionals when required
• Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of the lettings division.
• Expand the portfolio of managed properties through effective business development and client acquisition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Proven experience in lettings management, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of the lettings market, property management and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
