This exciting venture presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to spearhead the launch, growth and day-to-day operations of this new division.
GBP25,000 per annum, OTE GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 + DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the successful launch of the lettings division.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings division, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Implement efficient processes for property management, tenant relations and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and industry partners.
- Recruit, train and manage a high-performing team of letting professionals when required
- Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of the lettings division.
- Expand the portfolio of managed properties through effective business development and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in lettings management, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of the lettings market, property management and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
