Salary: 30,000 p/y + Lucrative Commissions
(OTE 70,000+)

We're seeking a dedicated Lettings Manager to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to the clients and customers, and lead the Lettings team by example.

Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Junior & Senior Lettings Negotiators.
- Managing team KPIs and targets.
- Providing support and mentorship to junior & senior team members.
- Conducting market assessments for prospective landlords.
- Advocating for the advantages of the letting service and property management solutions to secure instructions.
- Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with potential landlords, securing business and assisting them with listing their properties under the company's management.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of tenants, coordinating property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to landlords will also be part of your duties.
- You'll facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, striving to reach mutually agreeable terms, and overseeing pre-tenancy checks.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a Senior Lettings position.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely managing a dynamic team.
- Ability to confidently motivate and influence others.
- A 'people person' with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in managing lettings processes and securing new business.
- Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation to ARLA technical award level (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving license and car.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
