Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator - Northampton - £25k package + Pool Car

My client is a leading, multi branch residential lettings and Estate Agency who have been established for many years. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Northampton.

Main Duties for the Lettings Negotiator role:

• Carry out viewings, follow up and give feedback to Landlords on a daily basis
• Manage applicants.
• Negotiate lets between Landlords and Tenants.
• Follow the procedure regarding referencing and right to rent checks.
• Liaise with Property Managers to ensure the property is ready and compliant before confirming a move in date.
• Property lists and keeping the window up to date with current available stock photos.
• Referencing applicants with an outsourced company and liaising with tenants for move in dates. Preparing move in files.

Experience & skills required:

• Must hold a full, clean driving licence
• Excellent customer service experience
• Knowledge of all Microsoft office suite
• Be able to work on own initiative and within a team
• Excellent time management
• Good written and verbal communication
• Have at least 5 GCSE of good grades to include Maths & English
• Letting/Property Management Experience would be an advantage but full training will be given.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

1 in 3 Saturdays - 9am to 4pm (30 mins unpaid lunch break)

Full training including Lv3 Propertymark qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management and use of a pool car during office hours.
