Overview

We are looking for a passionate Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Northampton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating Lets, and managing the day-to-day operations of our estate agency. You will be the face of our business and the primary point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Generate and book property viewings
• Negotiate property lets and ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
• Attend property viewings and provide customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Monitor market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
• Keep up to date with industry developments and legislation

Requirements

• Previous experience in Lettings and estate agency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
