My client, a leading Estate Agency based in Watford, Hertfordshire, are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis to help continue the company wide growth throughout 2024 and beyond.
This is a great opportunity and previous lettings negotation experience isn't required, although would be preferred! A perfect opportunity for someone to step into the property industry with a company that really values its staff.
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sundays and Tuesdays off)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join my clients team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating property rentals, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in my clients growth and contribute to the success of their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Negotiate and finalise rental agreements to the satisfaction of all parties.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Requirements:
UK driving license is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on Saturdays (Sundays and Tuesdays off).
A positive attitude and a passion for the property industry.
Previous experience in lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential.
