This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and established brand in their Mayfair office. Working with an accomplished Lettings team letting properties in premium locations across Prime Central London.
About you
The successful candidate should have a natural thirst for property, a determination to work hard and develop themselves within PCL. An ambitious, hardworking and energetic attitude is key, the candidate should be excited by the prospect accelerating their career.
Experience within residential lettings is essential and a good team spirit must be demonstrated.
Main tasks
- Register applicants on software package (REAPIT)
- Maintain regular contact with your applicants and ensure they are offered suitable properties
- Set up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewings
- Source properties from other agents (where possible)
- Network, search for and develop new business opportunities
- Operate in accordance with current Legislation
- Provide information, advice and feedback to potential and existing landlords and tenants
- Liaise with clients throughout the marketing and letting process providing regular feedback
- Follow up viewings and provide feedback to Landlords
- Deal with and negotiate offers when received
- Produce lettings paperwork
- Ensure cleared funds, references completed, signed contracts and correct compliance are in place prior to move-in
- Cover for other members of staff as required particularly during holiday periods
The Rewards
Basic salary £20-£25k (depending on experience)
OTE - £40-£50k uncapped
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 3pm
