A fantastic growing property business is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team to help with all lettings and tenancy processes.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and creating lasting relationships with tenants to guide them through the lettings process from enquiry to completion.
If you have Lettings Negotiator experience, or even experience in property / coordinating, this could be the role for you!
As a Lettings Negotiator your responsibilities will include:
- Producing all relevant tenancy paperwork
- Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants
- Conduct viewings in highly professional manner out of the office when required.
- Follow up viewings and provide feedback
- Greet general public in office in professional manner
- Dealing with day to day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Actively pursue new business.
- Handle deposits
As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in Lettings / Residential property is desirable.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Great ability to build rapport.
- Ability to show excellent organisation and efficiency skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally Driver's License / Car.
