Lettings Negotiator - £21,000-£25,000 + annual bonuses - Bolton

Our client is a nationwide sales and lettings agent and they looking to recruit a motivated and strong Lettings Negotiator with a friendly personality to join their customer focused and proactive team based in Bolton. The ideal candidate must have experience in the lettings industry and enjoy working within an enthusiastic environment delivering a first-class service.

Job Description/Typical Tasks:

- Effectively manage relationships between landlords and tenants.

- Carry out viewings

- Tenant referencing, right to rent checks and prepare move in documents

- Move ins

- Inventories

- Carrying out inspections and advising landlords/tenants of their requirements.

- Other adhoc duties as per company requirements.

- HMO experience preferred

Essential:

- Experience within the lettings industry.

- Must have a driving license.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Customer focused with good organisation and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be working within a team of property professionals from a busy town Centre office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

Full-time Contract.

Salary: £21K to £25K including annual bonus dependent on the number of year's experience.

22 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays
