Job title: Lettings Negotiator

Location: London

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)

Basic salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits, travel allowance)

Our estate agents in Westminster are specialists in providing property in and around Westminster and Pimlico, SW1V.

We are looking for a high achieving and capable senior Lettings Negotiator, with recent PCL property experience, to join our dynamic Westminster Team.

Main duties:

• Registering interest and arranging viewings

• Providing a first-class customer service to both landlords and applicants

• Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly and going the extra mile

• Managing the offer process from start to finish

• Demonstrate a successful track record in achieving and exceeding targets

• Speaking to Clients and proving them with regular updates

• Assisting management

• Maximising revenue
