LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings

Location: Surbiton, Surrey

Salary: OTE GBP35k

Position: Permanent Full Time

We are looking for a candidate who loves Residential Lettings and thrives on putting deals together in a competitive marketplace.

You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out viewings, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion. The right candidate will be experienced proactive and self-motivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role would be essential-. This role is with a busy and highly professional independent company with superb compliance, an excellent local reputation and a superb, highly supportive property management department.

Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

• Superior sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Surbiton and the surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
