Lettings Property Manager

Lettings Property Manager - Worcester - up to £25k basic (Salary Negotiable)

Great opportunity to join this independent multi branch agent who have built up an impressive reputation over many years. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role. This is a lovely, independently run company with a great friendly team!
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, carrying out property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.

Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
• Full and clean UK driving licence
• Well presented
• Strong attention to detail

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30
