Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified TA living in Northampton? Aspire People are looking to employ a Level 2 TA to work with primary schools in Northampton who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who can work collaboratively with the teacher.
This is to cover in primary schools on a supply basis, with the possibility of a permanent position. We are looking for flexible educators, who can use their initiative to transfer their skills across all key stage.
Responsibilities:
Assist students in day-to-day lessons, providing individualized support.
Create a supportive structure within young people's lives.
Contribute to maintaining a high staff to student ratio.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching assistant qualification.
Previous experience working within a primary setting.
Ability to create a supportive structure for students.
