We are passionate about using a strengths-based approach with the people who we come into contact with. We listen to understand what a good life looks like and how this can be achieved. We aim to support people to identify their own strengths, the connections with their families, friends, and local communities, to achieve the outcomes that are important to them. If care and support is required, we work together with people to find solutions to enable them to live their lives as independently as possible.

You will be required to undertake outcome focused assessments, support planning and reviews. Duty work will also be undertaken within the role. Focusing on strengths and utilising an asset-based approach, you will enable customers to identify outcomes, meet their full potential and maximise their independence.

As a strong team player, you will be required to contribute to the development and promotion of the PDSS, using imaginative, creative, and innovative ways of meeting the support needs of our customers.

You will provide formal supervision to a small number of unqualified staff and give informal supervision and support to Social Workers.
