Location: Croxley Green
Starting Salary: £29,269 with the opportunity to progress to £32,076 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Do you want to make a difference in the community and help people enrich their lives whilst progressing in a whole new career? Your library will be yours to run, manage, and improve while matching the goals and values of the library service across Hertfordshire.
To build a library at the centre of your community. You will partner with outside organisations, promote our service offerings, and build and manage a successful and happy team. You will be the face of the library service to all in your community and meet targets both services driven and commercial.
One day you’ll be talking to a large business partner, the next providing crucial health and well-being services. You’ll be able to ascertain what your community needs and devise solutions. Being organised and with strong performance management skills, you’ll also contribute to the Area Management Team in all things strategic.
You’ll be both a team player and a team leader. You’ll have proven managerial skills and be a great communicator. Some business skills would be an advantage as would marketing nous and data analytics.
