Job Description
Achieve set annual sales and KPI targets set by the Company
Maintain existing relationships to increase the Company’s sales
Develop and implement new relationships to increase the Company’s sales
Gain knowledge of customer requirements and pass this to the Sales Manager
Be the sector expert for the business, identifying the most effective route to market.
Be aware of the new products prices & samples from competitors in the market, and feed this back to the Sales team
Understand the businesses' products or services in the sectors and be able to advise others about them
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that customers needs are met.
Specification Sales Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
2-5 years’ experience in a Lighting Sales role or 5 years’ experience within lighting design or installation
A track record in selling lighting via competitive tenders,
A demonstrable understanding of the lighting sectors and competition
The ability to set and achieve high level aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
The capability and credibility to create and manage relationships at all levels.
Capability to manage our key customers to maintain and grow sales by meeting their individual expectations.
