Line Co-ordinator Company Benefits

Line Co-Ordinator Responsibilities include:
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards in line with company policy ensuring a duty of care to all staff.
- First pass all components in line with quality documents, ensuring standards are always met.
- Carry out checks in line with quality documentation.
- All sub-standard components failing inspection tests should be raised in accordance with company procedure.
- Perform random checks on all production lines to ensure standards are upheld.
- Coordinate production documentation in line with production plan.
- Provide cover to the production team to ensure the continued production demands are met.
Line Co-Ordinator Desirables include:
- Reporting Near misses to Supervisor
- Assist with Pre-shift checks.
- Providing basic cover for Production Supervisor (point of contact for all staff and agency staff)
- Assist Production Planner with Sub’s requirements.
- Assist Material handlers ensuring stock is collected and store in correct work areas.
- Procedure and completing Final Line/Spare and Sub paperwork.
- Ensure production times are correct and up to date (reporting any issues to the Supervisor)
- Assist any stocktake issues.
- Assist with risk assessments.
- Assist with department projects and staff training.
- Line Co-Ordinator to return to Production as role is 50% Line Co-Ordinator and 50% Production Operative
- Assist in the correct use of Intouch production running processes.
Line Co-ordinator's Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:55am / 14:55pm
