A leading investment services firm based in the City of London are currently seeking an experienced Liquidity Risk Manager for a 3-6 month period to help with the BAU as well as assisting in the development of the Liquidity Risk framework as the business scales. For the right individual, this role has a strong chance of turning permanent.
Reporting directly into the Head of Treasury, the role will focus on the following areas:
- Revamping the existing liquidity stress testing framework along with the firms risk appetite and associated limits/metrics (at a group level and each regulated entity level)
- Revamping the Group and entity liquidity reporting and forecasting models (incl identification of trapped cash across entities)
- Creating a divisional view of sources and uses of liquidity and associated Liquidity Risk drivers
- Assisting the analytics team with managing & monitoring daily liquidity across the firm
- Revamping reporting MI
- Input into the funding cost allocation framework
To be a good fit for this role, you will be:
- Highly experienced in Liquidity Risk and ideally be coming from an investment banking background
- Able to manage up to CEO level with daily reports on liquidity position
- Well versed in building models and dashboards for Liquidity Risk management purposes
- Able to consult on the business on what they need/don't know
- Available on short notice to interview and start within the next few weeks
- Able to attend the office 3-4 times per week
