Form of workProsecutions Lawyer – Southeast - Remote Working
Vivid are working with a local authority in the Southeast who are looking to bring a Litigation & Regulatory Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.
You will be given the opportunity to work on a Hybrid basis, on a 6 month rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key responsibilities of the Prosecutions Lawyer:
- Handling a mixed Criminal Litigation caseload including but not limited to;
- Trading Standards
- Environmetal Health
- Food Saftey
- Licensing
- Non School Attendance
- Conducting advocacy in court on behalf of the Council and at tribunals, hearings and enquiries
- Providing legal advice and support on occasional civil matters as required, including Judicial Review and ASB
