We are looking for an experienced Litigation Executive to join our Legal team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation and take on a challenging role.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance and service to clients in relation to litigation matters. You will be expected to manage a caseload of litigation matters from start to finish, including preparation of pleadings, drafting of pleadings and applications, and assistance with court proceedings. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research and providing general legal support in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and have a strong understanding of civil litigation and legal processes. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident approach to dealing with clients.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of civil litigation
• Experience in drafting pleadings and applications
• Proficient in legal research
• Knowledge of legal processes and procedures
