My client is seeking to recruit a diligent, confident, self-motivated, and experienced lawyer / solicitor to join their busy litigation department with exposure to both general and property litigation. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with variety of matter types. They must have excellent technical knowledge commensurate to their experience, as well as a pro-active approach to risk management. Client care is a priority, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service to the client. Essential Experience

• Mortgage Possession claims.
• Debt recovery.
• Landlord and Tenant work.
• Experience in conducting County Court proceedings.

Preferred Experience

• Receivership/Insolvency work

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work on your initiative as well as part of a team.
• Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
• Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
