Job Title: LMS Administrator
Location: Hybrid/Birmingham UK
Salary: £25,730 - £31,448 (depending on experience)

You are an experienced administrator who is meticulous and is looking for a role with autonomy and variety. In this role you will be supporting our user experience team with the administration and configuration of the learning management system (LMS).
About us
You will work within the User Experience team being responsible for the administration and configuration of the learning platforms and associated platforms.
You will ensure that content and assessments held on the learning platform are routinely updated; of high quality, achieve learning goals and are relevant for it’s intended audience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to all users ensuring they receive prompt responses to any system functionality or access issues.
- Support the User Experience Manager with the build and maintenance of all digital learning content held on the Learning Management System, ensuring that learning content is available for commencement dates, with appropriate user restrictions.
- Working closely with User Experience Manager to develop and test new compelling Learning Management System learning solutions, measuring accessibility and effectiveness of activity, shaped by user feedback.
- Assist with the user and audience permissions/roles and access to the Learning Management System.
- In collaboration with the User Experience Manager ensure all content held on the Learning Management System is updated, to a high quality and accessible for the diverse learning needs of all users.
- Support with the project management of any routine content updates via Kantata.
- Support with the build of multi-language course pages and bespoke customised learning on the Learning Management System as requested.
- Support with any site wide update installations or maintenance, as required.
- Maintain team’s KPI and SLAs and demonstrate a commitment to continuously improve on service delivery and user satisfaction.
- To be involved as required in further insight projects relating to new product launches and existing programmes.
- To support the User Experience Manager with any ad hoc tasks and requirements as and when they arise.

You will also need;
Essential
- To be a proficient user of all Microsoft office applications
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- To be meticulous with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- To be creative in your thinking and enjoy problem solving and trouble shooting
- Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
- To be organised and methodical
- Previous practical experience of using a Learning Management System (LMS).
