Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our busy Fleet Team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new vehicle sale opportunities to local and larger national businesses, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role that requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline progress
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Business Development or sales roles
- Previous experince of CRM softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
