Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for a highly experienced Histology Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their skills in a reputable NHS hospital!
* Job Title: Histology Biomedical Scientist
* Location: Newcastle
* Duration: 6 month contract with review for extension
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Start Date: April start
* Rate of pay: £19 - 21 ph DOE
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* IBMS Accredited Degree desirable
* Experience working within a Histology lab
* Must have Microtomy experience, able to cut 25 - 30 blocks per hour
* Must have full right to work in the UK 37.5 hours per week, we are unable to provide sponsorship
Working hours and contract duration:
This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, 10 - 6. The contract is 6 months initially with potential to be extended.
