Our client, an award-winning law firm in Surrey, is looking for a Property Litigation Locum to provide recruitment gap cover.

The locum Property Litigation Solicitor will be joining a multi-office practice who are going through an exciting period of growth.

You will join a highly successful litigation team and will manage your own caseload of Property Litigation matters including but not limited to landlord and tenant, TOLATA disputes, possession, and breach of covenant. You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of dealing with litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5+ years' litigation experience.

Office based working would be preferably, however hybrid working will be considered.

The role is paying a competitive hourly rate and is Outside IR35. Future repeat bookings are also available.
