Logistics Administrator

 Reed are exclusively working with an international petroleum company mostly involved in manufacturing and marketing transportation fuels. We have an excellent opportunity for a logistical administrator to join their distribution services team based in Trafford Park

Role: Driver support administrator

Temporary (9 weeks) to permanent role. fully on site in Trafford park.

Shits: The shifts cover 40 hours per week across 3-5 days including nights and weekends and work on a 9 week rotation. (only 3 weekends out of 9)

The role:

• Supporting drivers in their journey and logistical planning across their routes.
• Tracking and developing driver routes in accordance to any sudden changes to plan
• Customer contact to keep customers up to date on any delivery/ supply delays

Experience:

• SAP experience is ideal
• Good geographical knowledge
• A transport background would be ideal but not essential
• Strong administration and interpersonal skills
