This is a fantastic opportunity working for a business who are extremely successful intend on continuing to grow and develop.As an Inbound Logistics Administrator, your duties will include:* Ensure correct shipping documents are sent to forwarders in time to generate correct Duty and VAT invoices.* Validate freight invoices and rectify the problems.* Understand the trend of freight costs.*
Ensue Duty VAT are invoiced correctly, and invoices are paid promptly to ensure on-time deliveries and to* avoid demurrage.* Liaise with logistics providers for the best possible rates for air, land and sea shipments from a portfolio of suppliers.* Arrange deliveries of material/samples to suppliers overseas* Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries* Reconcile and verify receiving documents including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading and etc.* Book stock on system* Prepare GRN reports to Accounts each Friday.The successful candidate will have previous management experience within a logistics environment and be competent with administration duties.Working Hours – Flexible – 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm or 7am to 3pm (30-minute break)Salary – up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)Benefits –Pension scheme, Health Assure Employee Assistance Programme, 23 days annual leave Plus Bank Holiday and free company parking.Apply now
