Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of Logistics and Distribution.
Location: Harewood Farm, Andover.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Salary £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
S:Craft are on the lookout for a Logistic Coordinator to support in organising logistics and be the first port of call for our customer enquiries.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively working towards building long term successful relationships with our Partner & Franchise network:
- Ensuring that relevant information is communicated to Partners and Franchises efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Communicating with haulage Partners and Franchises to ensure correct consignments arrive at the warehouse in order and on time.
- Accurately process shipping orders in line with agreed customer promise & inputting data on our custom system.
- Receiving and managing phone calls in a friendly manner.
- Efficiently capture, investigate, and respond to customer queries and complaints:
- Speaking to partners and Franchises via phone and email to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Liaising with the relevant teams internally and externally to the Company to ensure timely responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Support in planning and routing delivery run:
- Assisting in the planning of consignments in the most cost-effective way.
- Ensuring the planned deliveries do not exceed weight limits for vehicles or driving hours.
- Managing stock orders and paperwork to ensure most efficient dispatch.
- Assisting in reconciling any missing orders.
- Reporting all damages to manufacturing partners.
- Support in booking outside transport ensuring goods are delivered in time, within any specialist customer requirements, and by the most cost-effective means.
- Accurately producing invoices for final approval.
- Maintain and update accurate customer service records across Microsoft Packages.
- Maintain and update accurate records for hours, agencies and more.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Exemplary organisational skills. A proven ability to remain organised in a busy environment.
- Strong logistical knowledge.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
