Mixing strong customer service and relationship building skills with an eye for detail with numbers, the right candidate will be someone that wants to join a growing business, with chances to develop and progress long-term.
Key duties involve:
- Receive and book in incoming stock and shipments to the system.
- Responsibility for processing customer returns and ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times.
- Processing export documentation for international deliveries, ensuring that shipments both in the UK and overseas are delivered on-time.
- Maintain excellent communication across all relevant internal departments, informing all concerned of timescales, logistics and challenges.
- Working closely with the service department to ensure that parts are delivered and ready for the engineers to collect.
- Responsibility for all data entry accuracy and all documentation associated to goods in and out.
