Our esteemed client is currently on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. What You'll Be Doing:
- Keying customer orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Redirecting telephone calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
- Filing documents in a timely and organised manner.
- Managing some stock control processes, including booking in deliveries and raising purchase orders.
- Monitoring reports and processing transactions to support business operations.
- Organising carriers to ensure products reach their destinations on time.
- Working at the trade counter, taking money, and processing paperwork for our valued customers.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £26,000 for a 40-hour contract.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an hour for lunch.
- An opportunity to transition from a temporary to a permanent position within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
Who You Are:
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer systems for order processing and report monitoring.
