Sales Support Coordinator

We are excited to be recruiting for a leading provider of IT services based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their close-knit team.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with office-based experience, this could be in administration or customer service.

However, this could also be a good opportunity for a switched-on school leaver or graduate with an interest in sales and technology that wants to start carving out a career with a very exciting company.

This is a Monday to Friday role, hours being 9am to 5:30pm with an early finish of 5pm on Fridays! This is a fully office based position. The salary for this role is paying up to £24K, dependant on the candidate's experience.

Duties include:

• General administration duties related to sales activity including quotes, notes, and presentations.
• Making regular calls to customers to ask for orders.
• Follow up of submitted quotes as required.
• Update the CRM system with all customer-related activity.
• Liaise and build relationship with clients as required.
• Providing sales data and reports for the sales team.
• Lisasing with other teams across the UK.

Candidate requirements:

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience within a customer service environment would be desirable.
• Proactive and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
