Logistics Coordinator

Our Client, a dynamic engineering company that prides itself on providing over 30 years of technical innovation is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Logistics, Import and export, someone who can join the team and hit the road running!

This role is a Part-time position. Working hours 09:00-15:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with external partners for streamlined logistics operations.
• Efficiently monitor end-to-end shipment processes.
• Handle documentation reconciliation.
• Manage shipping logistics covertly.
• Address queries and Customs post actions promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, import, or export.
• Quick grasp of procedures and processes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure and excellent time management.
• Adaptability and strong team player.
