At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for aStock Control Coordinatorbased at our Cullompton Depot.
The position will involve:
- Consult directly with the customer and be a first point of contact for goods in and goods out.
- Plan, arrange and book transport for the customer.
- Attending reviews and site visits with the customer.
- Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into Company and Client systems.
- Assist the transport & warehouse teams by processing any required paperwork.
- Consult directly with warehouse and transport operations regarding any requirements or changes.
- To liaise directly with the customer and third parties to ensure that deliveries are made in a professional and timely manner.
- To investigate and resolve any stock issues.
- Produce weekly stock reports for invoicing purposes.
- Produce KPI’s for internal and external monthly reporting.
